Our second project with this visionary client involved designing a logo, User Interface (UI) and website for this forthcoming online organization tool. We began with the design for the logo and tagline concept, “The art of getting things done” and let the concept fuel the design. Updates on the launch of the website and the Beta launch of the online software application are coming soon.

Austin home builder and remodeler, The Muskin Company, asked Alyson Design to give their branding a fresh new look that reflected both Austin style as well as the the green building movement their company advocates. Using a clean, simple design and a bright, natural color palette, their new logo is featured on the WordPress website we created as well as new home construction signs all over the Austin area.

Custom WordPress Theme: GUGU by Retrocuffs

Alyson Design helped Retrocuffs make the leap into the world of eCommerce by creating a fully custom WordPress theme with built-in catalog and shopping cart functions. The client needed a site that was easy to navigate and would showcase her unique combination of eco-friendly leather cuffs and antique buttons, and would also give her the ability to quickly update her inventory at home or at a show. We also wanted to keep costs at a modest level compared to many eCommerce websites we’ve built by using the Instinct WordPress plugin; we believe the resulting website met all of those goals without sacrificing quality.

Included in this project was a branding package with logo design and merchandising materials, and our Organic SEO Starter Kit was applied to give the site a big push in natural online search. Go GUGU, go WordPress!

Identity Design: Austin Centric Realty

Branding and logo design for up-and-coming Austin real estate firm, Austin Centric Realty, Ross Cole, Principal.

For this design, we employed the use of modern, bright (almost neon) colors on a dark black background for a product that would stand out against the competition, especially in a yard sign. You can’t miss these bright blue signs while driving around central and east Austin!

Watermark & Company’s owner had some very specific visual goals for their website redesign, and with an ever-expanding project portfolio, the ability to make updates themselves was a priority. Using WordPress, we created a fully custom, functional and easily updatable site with an easy to use CMS control panel. To further enhance the new site launch, we brought a fresh logo idea to life, printed coordinating business cards, and redirected some of their online marketing efforts toward strong organic SEO performance.

Austin landmark and talented VW repair shop since 1976, Austin VeeDub chose Alyson Design to create a brand that reflected their history as well as their state-of-the-art services. Along with this fresh new logo, we launched a fully loaded WordPress website that includes pages for the staff, a VW gallery and sales section.
