Our second project with this visionary client involved designing a logo, User Interface (UI) and website for a forthcoming online organization tool. We began with the design for the logo and tagline concept, “The art of getting things done” and let the message drive the project. Kanban is literally the Japanese term for “sign” or “billboard” and figuratively the concept behind a productivity system that helps the user immediately see what they have to do, have in progress, and have completed.  Our system uses colored notes that can be dragged from one column to another as the work progresses.  Our iOS app is forthcoming, as well as an iPad version and Android on the schedule for 2013.  Visit the website to learn more about kanban2go
