About Josh Power

My first desktop machine was a 1979 TRS-80 Model 1. I was fascinated by computer programming, even as an eight-year-old (although I guess that really isn’t so strange these days compared to the 70s!)

I play the drums and the violin, have toured nearly every region of the U.S. in different bands over the last 18 years, and I’m an active music collector.

I love riding road bikes and cross-country mountain bikes, and I collect balloon tire and middleweight bicycles and parts from the 40s, 50s and 60s.

I really enjoy the process of making screen printed poster art: it can be stressful, methodical, and therapeutic – frequently all at the same time!

Nothing beats the feeling of creating something out of nothing whether with the computer, onstage or in a studio.
